Called in on behalf of a mutual client to ask a basic question about doing a trace on Wired funds. The rep Darlene I spoke to was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I was not asking to get their account information, only if they are able to do a TRACE. Would not recommend this branch at all if this is how they treat people. They also gave their own client incorrect information!!! Neither of us were happy with their services.

I called the Hampton Bays telephone number today 11am. The voicemail message says the bank is closed for the night, then doesn't allow me to leave a message. It says you are opened for business at 8:30 am. Is there someone there?

They are sort of open. You have to go there, call the number on the door and they put you on a waiting list. Then they text you when they are ready... Which took us an hour the last time we went there. I'm disappointed with TD Bank.
