I am taking care of my mom who is 81 yr old and and HVAC COIL LEAKING. Called 3 wks setup appointment, they took credit card information. On the day of appointment, I called to see what time they would come see my HVAC. I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT SET. Yup I will not be calling them anytime soon. I would rate them A ZERO if I could

-Friends please run don’t walk past this company, they have terrible customer service and lie and deceive perspective customers with the language that they don’t want you to sign a contact but its an called an agreement, I do believe that a signed agreement is a legal binding contact!!!
