Had to stay here on a roadtrip and it was pretty nice. The checkin was smooth, fair priced, rooms were clean, showers very hot, and walls decently insulated that I couldn’t hear neighbors from inside the room (although you could hear them fairly clearly from standing in the hallway). The only cons would be the plumbing is noisy, every toilet flush was like a loud screeching noise, the tv channels worked sometimes, and the internet (free!) was slow. Not too bad though!

July 13-14 room 102 in Warren, PA. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling and in tub, hair on floor and hair dryer, and shower curtain rod was coming out of wall. Darlene at front desk was apologetic and took $50.00 off our room charge. I called the manager to report the substandard housekeeping but have not heard a response. We had already unpacked our cooler and two cars or we would never have stayed in that room.

They will not rent to locals.. was told because locals trash the rooms?? Even tho few weeks prior it wasn't an issue. Should probably make sure the room isn't being rented for someone traveling. Before turning them away because they're a "local". Only few rooms are updated . And rooms haven't been horrible but not clean either when someone's toothpaste is still in sink and hair all over floor and shower.

Very high quality hotel, for an economy price. Everything was super clean and comfy cozy and the room and continental breakfast nook were stocked with every amenity I needed. Excellent customer service, and the smiley face bell on the front desk counter was an added detail that immediately made me giggle. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
