Jimmy is very accommodating. We set up an account here and he helped us from the beginning til we get everything sorted out. He’s very resourceful making sure I’ll get the help I needed on my appointment. Altho getting an appointment with him is quite challenging, I think because everybody likes to get things done with him so he’s always booked out lol we actually waited for 2 weeks just to be able to be assisted by him only. Lol thanks Jimmy, and to the staff who always welcome us every time we arrive at the bank.

Walked in at 3:40 p.m. and there were only 4 people in front of me. It took 25 minutes to get to the - only person - who was working behind the bullet proof glass. Asked for a very simple thing : to cash a paycheck from my employer (a company that's been around for decades, banking with US Bank) The teller told me that she could -only- deposit the check and the funds would become available the next day. I asked for the supervisor (I'm attaching a picture of her business card) Though she spoke in a businesslike manner, she made me extremely angry with her lack of desire to help. I told her that I have never heard of a bank that would not cash a company paycheck from another major Bank. I needed $500 in cash at the moment and I told her to deposit the rest ; she completely refused to give me any cash. I told her that the next day I was going to withdraw everything from the account, close this account and never do business with this bank again. I also told her that I would report this on Google Maps. Both of them smiled finding it amusing ( while I was stressed beyond description) This is a bank worthy of a third world country, which I sincerely hope soon will be the only market for them.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Opened an account here with Jolene and couldn’t be happier with the customer service that she provided. This banking center seems to go above and beyond when it comes to moving the line and providing the best customer care.
