The best place to help you with your pain! Paola is the best manager, nicely, friendly and helpful, if you have any problem with your feet , that is the best place for you !

Loved my experience with Paola and Diana. Both caring, concerned and knowledgeable. Went in for planters fasciitis and am on day 3 of my new insoles. Brought in my fav shoes and boots to ensure they would fit in all existing shoes and yes! Even flip flops! If you have aching feet, stop in for a free fitting to see if they will work for you.

The salesperson was quite knowledgeable and she took the time to answer my questions. The store was clean and I was certainly treated with respect. She did not pressure me into my buying decision. However, the non-refund policy, coupled with the exceptionally high price (about $1400.) for three pair of arch supports and pads that can be purchased on the internet for one-third of the price, is unacceptable. Therefore, I would not recommend Good Feet to my friends or family members. If the price were cut in half, I could live with the no refund policy. Good Feet was too expensive and I now have no way to keep my family budget intact. I want to say again, that the saleperson was helpful and she gave me a sense of confidence in what she was saying.

Buyer Beware: Let me first by saying that I did get a partial refund and for that I am grateful, but really a store that does not provide additional compensation or returns is something to be very aware of. These are a really heavy purchase in terms of what you get versus the cost. This isn't to say that they have not helped people achieve a pain free way of life, but it's not for everyone. I have had pain in my feet my whole life, I have fairly flat feet and in my case you would do anything possible to get some relief. What I got was more pain. I followed the instructions, allowing my feet to adjust and finally took them for a test drive in Laughlin. I was already wearing yoga mat style sandals and used the ones told to me for open toed shoes. I hit the boardwalk and only spent time walking to the next hotel, hung out there and then back. I wouldn't say that I spent a huge amount of time walking or standing. We were going to a Country concert and I had brought my cowboy boots to wear, which ironically are fairly comfortable for me and my feet were so swollen I couldn't put my boots on. I was in massive pain the whole night. I brought them back and they refitted me for additional supports. This time I was told another type were better for my open toed so that was a bit confusing. So this time I wore tennis shoes that were bought for comfort, the support and the cushion insole. It was a day at Disney World. It wasn't but a couple of hours and I was again in excruciating pain. My feet were again swollen and red from the insert and that was through a cushion. I did appeal directly to their corporate office and they were able to refund me for two of the inserts, but the other 2 are still costing me over a $1000 and I cannot even wear them. I gave two stars only because they semi worked with me. I am not saying that this is a scam, but I know there are people out there like me that are desperate to try anything to help themselves, and maybe for some this is the right thing, but these just do not do what they advertise for me and I would STRONLY suggest that you seek medical attention first before investing in this very expensive solution. Again, buyer beware of any place that doesn't offer a refund for something that may or may not work for you. Overall the staff were wonderful and gracious and seem to be knowledgeable, but again, no substitute for real medical attention. So now I'm stuck with a bill a VERY expensive bill for a product that makes me more miserable and are edging their way to the trash can. I have this picture, not sure if it's really easy to see where the redness shows the outline of where the support was. for the rest of my trip my feet were worse then if I had not worn it at all and swollen again were I couldn't put my feet into another a closed toed shoe. Very disappointed in the outcome.

Questions & Answers

How much are the insoles?

It varies. They are custom made. Before you spend a dime, go into the store and get fitted for a pair of free samples. They will let you wear them for a week and see if they help you. Mine helped me on the first day and I didn't even need to wear them for a week to know that they were worth it. They were a couple hundred dollars and custom made for my feet. Plus, every day when I walk without pain, I would pay it again. They are built to last. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations. I don't walk or work out without them.

Is this store. Lucky feet store
