I called during business hours, the phone was picked up within seconds and the service appointment was scheduled within days! Pride Piper is an excellent business for servicing your BBQ grills. Eric, the technician that came to our house, was a true gentleman, was very knowledgeable, and resolved our grill’s issues in a very timely manner. We are very happy with their service and customer service. We are going to need a few parts replaced and will definitely go with Pride Piper again. I would’ve given more stars if I could!

I followed the instructions on their web site and sent a service request to them. I was contacted in 24 hours with some questions. I answered those and gave them my address. They gave me a 3 week time estimate, which was fine. They contacted me a few days later with an appointment date the next week, so I think it was less than 2 weeks for the appointment date. The tech called me to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He was professional, friendly and got right to work. I assumed the issue with the fireplace was minor, and it took him less than 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. The fireplace works!! The tech gave me some tips on lighting and adjusting the fireplace. He was very professional, well spoken and easy for me to understand because he gave me answers that I could understand. I’ve seen a couple of negative reviews due to long wait times and such, but I only have good things to say about Pride Piper. I would use them again without hesitating.

I have called several shops across the Valley, and nobody is answering the phones because they're too busy. This company (after 2 days) finally called me back and scheduled a call a week or so out - they said they were booked so I believed them. Before the appointment, they called to make sure I was there, which I found odd since I already scheduled the appointment, but it was not an issue and I met with their technician. He basically told me what I had known, but to get to the pilot assembly on the heater was not my forte, so I asked them to do it. He finished the job, it worked, I paid him, done. Last week, I get a call about paying for my invoice, which I had already given a check to the technician. Turns out that they dropped the check and the name of my check did not correspond to my invoice, as they had my name written incorrectly on the service ticket. I am only giving them 4 stars because they did a good job, but I shouldn't have to get a call asking me for payment when I had already tendered the payment to the technician. Besides that, they were hard to get ahold of, but it is a busy time of year, so I don't hold that against them. But only 4 stars.

I set up an appointment to have my gas fireplace repaired on November 25. I was told that the technician would arrive between 4-6 p.m. At approximately 4:30 I called the office and inquired if I was still on the schedule. I was told I was on the schedule. The technician never arrived, and I never received a phone call explaining why he never appeared. Since the next day was thanksgiving I figured I’d hear from the company on Friday. Nothing. It is now a week later and no response from this company. Terrible customer service. There no excuses for this appalling lack of oversight on the part of this company. Instead use All Fireplace in Yucca Valley. They’re very responsive. The technician came out and fixed the problem.

Sure.

I installed a new electronic igniter in my 4 burner w side burner gas grill As soon as the battery cap is installed, all electrodes start sparking could there be a short, or faulty wire?

I don't know - I think to truly answer a question like this, we would need to actually be there and inspect the machine - it COULD be a faulty wire or short, but until we put our hands on it, the answer will not be known. Try to detect a short or loose/faulty wire, and if not, give us a shout for a service call! :)

When are you guys coming to C/O my fireplace and firepit? Although we had some appointment timing problems, I still want to work with you, Thank you.
