I called Thomas and spoke with him on the phone. He was not super familiar with my printer, but walked me through some common errors. He was able to identify what the issue was and even told me how to fix it. He was really polite and he definitely knew what he was talking about. I was able to use his instructions and get my printer back online and printing. If this is the type of service he gives to non-paying customers, then imagine how well he takes care of his clients. I was extremely impressed!!

Thomas was very professional and forthcoming when my printer could not be fixed, he suggested purchasing a new one rather than paying for a service call.

Questions & Answers

I have a HP printer 7520 that quit picking up the paper to print, it just keeps telling me it is out of paper, but the tray is full. Do you think you can fix it, are should I just get a new one.

Hi Georgene - Usually the cost to fix these isn't worth the investment. We would be happy to look at it for you. But your best bet is probably to get a new one.

Can you repair/replace the printer head on my HP Officejet Pro8600

Yes, we can. But the cost would be more than buying a similar new printer. Repairing inexpensive home office inkjet printers isn't cost effective. You're better off buying a new printer.
