Staff didn’t wear masks, was told we were able to be seen inside then were told to wait in the car and that we should have called first, the doctor was extremely rude and condescending as he was talking to us like we were dumb. And to top it off the doctor also didn’t order the right amount of meds and ALSO gave directions for only taking a THIRD of the amount that is supposed to be taken. We will NEVER see this quack again.

Wait is always at least two hours long. I prefer to go to any of the three other walk-in clinics in this town.

Today 4/6 at &:15 am my wife was turned away because she had Blue Cross HMO insurance. She was suffering from an apparent heat rash under her breast. Ridgecrest Urgent Care must now re name itself Elite Care. We are both on Soc. Sec. and just now paying our rent and bills do not even have $ 150.00 for Emergency treatment. I thought Doctors took an Oath ?

Nothing but bad experiences here. 1) I checked into the emergency room at 4:30p and wasn’t seen until 2am. 2) The billing department sent me double and incorrect charges 3)Urgent care would not take Kaiser Insurance despite me verifying with Kaiser that they do and I just need to pay my co pay. 4)Emergency room doctor referred me to general surgeon who referred me to urologist who suggested I live with the hernia until I feel worse. Nothing but waste of time and money here.
