My relative is a patient at this facility. I must commend the receptionist who diligently works the front desk.. Ms. Sandy. She is very professional, genuinely warm, kind & friendly to everyone that enters the front door. Her telephone etiquette is outstanding. Sandy is a great asset to Providence Rehab.as well as family & friends visiting their love ones.

My father (at 90 years old) came to Providence Rehab three weeks ago. It has been a stressful time for him and the family. The staff along with the two front desk receptionists have been nothing short of amazing. The two ladies (Diane and Sandy) that greet you entering the facility are nothing less than superb. Each are pleasant , caring, and helpful. It definitely helps reduce stress when either entering or leaving the facility. My dad relies daily on Rodney, an aide.

I have been in Providence since August 10 they care is above and beyond the CNA name Kona has been wonderful she is very kind and gentle and every morning she comes in with a smile on her face and says good morning she makes my day🙂All of the nurses and physical therapy I professional and understanding The whole care team takes time to make sure that they are doing all that they can to help you through your recovery🙃 yes I would recommend Providence rehab 🙂
