The selection of clothes is okay but they only had 1 style of MEN'S jeans. The rest of their "men's" jeans were really just women's jeans that they expect men to wear. The prices are decent, but they're still a little overpriced. The fact that their staff is not responsible enough to open on time is the real killer. It was no big deal to them that it was 10 minutes after the time they were supposed to open and the doors were still locked. Staff were still arriving while I was waiting outside with other people. I found REAL MEN'S Polo jeans at Dillard's, which is just right across the highway. I set up an account and they have been delivering clothes to my house. No problems with what I got from Dillard's. I'll try to avoid going back to the Polo outlet, where the staff aren't responsible enough to show up on time and there's only one style of men's jeans that are actually made for MEN.

Associates are unprofessional, calling me "Bro" and "Dude" 😂 I asked for help with fitting room. They were making jokes saying that they didn't have keys and I could army crawl myself in.

There is a very RUDE older gentleman that made me wanna scream at him. I held back for other helpful employees and busy customers. He was working in the fitting room, looks over 60. I don't like this man's attitude. He got me so angry, and I just had to write this. I don't wanna go into a store where I have to leave feeling worse. All I did was not say thank you for when he opened a room door ( I was in a rush ), and he felt entitled to my respect and time. I will continue to visit the store, but if this gentleman ever gives me trouble again I will be contact corporate. I will not tolerate any "smart" remarks from anyone. Worse customer service I've ever experienced at a clothing store. A side from that all the other employees were BEYOND helpful. Very quick to ask me if I need anything. I will continue to shop there because of them.

If you are non-white people, be aware of this store. And I highly recommend anyone who is interested in the experience of being stalked as a thief or discriminated (or both, I don’t know which one is a better word). I had like 8-9 pieces to try on. I went in and went out of the fitting room and put those back. One white male staff came and said “you are not buying anything?”. I was so lost - Is there a mandatory buying rules, like you try it so you must buy it? Then I just suddenly realized why he asked that. Because he was looking at me like a police and using his eyes to ‘scan’ all over my body. Oh! I see. He just wanted to make sure I didn’t hide anything in my pocket! I am not buying anything so I was becoming a suspect of stealing things! With my poor shorts pocket! Just like one lady in the other comments, I ignored his words and walk straight out of store without buying anything though I intended to.
