Recently we had a class 3 water overflow in our house. That means it was sewer water. Our guest bath and all three bedrooms were effected in some way. Flooring, sheetrock and framing. Servpro was recommended. They understood the urgency and knew how to treat it. First impression - Called ahead of time, were on time and had everything they needed when they arrived. Jordan, Robbie, and Tony were professional, personable, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease answering all my questions. The team was here 3 days. There is a process to ensure everything is clean, sanitized and dried completely. Joanna was my contact at the Servpro Office. Answers the phone with a smile in her voice and always so helpful and patient. If you have questions, she has answers. Thank you so much to the ServPro Team. We had a mildew problem in our AC duct work and the team from SERVPRO did a great job getting everything cleaned up and they were great to work with. The price was comparable to another company we used for duct cleaning in the past, but they did a much more thorough job. I will absolutely be using them in the future.
