Very disappointing lunch today from Royal Subs. I have going to Royal for over 20 years. The bread has always been great but today it was stale and very dry. The crab salad is usually over flowing but today there was hardly in there. My housekeeper got the roast beef and she had the same problems. I also got the shrimp chowder, but haven’t tried it yet. I am hoping that Royal was just having a bad day. 7/27/22

my favorite sub place by far, everything is always great and very full portions. (also- try their lemonade, it is AMAZING.)

This location of Royal Subs consistently uses stale bread and is very light on the toppings. The other location is consistently good and never disappoints.

Had more lettuce than meat on both subs. I could literally close the sub and you won’t see anything hanging out but lettuce. Paid for extra cheese and had only one slice cut in half. Bread was soggy as well. The one on 45th gives exactly what you ask for and I never have to complain. I will never go to this location again.We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our quality. We would love to make it right for you. Quality and consistency is something that we pride ourselves on at both of our locations.
