I was told it would be only 5 minutes for my food to be ready.it took 20 minutes to be served to me and by then the noodles and rice were cold and hard. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience or even given a new plate to go with my fresh chicken.lobby is closed

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Ordered at counter, waited 40 minutes!!! Was told only a 7 minute wait! Not enough cooks to push out multiple online orders, walk in orders and pick up orders. Location was SERIOUSLY under staffed!!!!!!! I felt so sorry for the poor girl busting her back cooking alone and the lazy light haired dude who under cooked the hell out of the chicken and was hardly helping! I suggest a 2nd back counter of bowls of food to serve online orders because the food in the front bowls was not and is not enough food for walk in customers. This would prevent seriously pi$$Ed off people who sat there with us for nearly an HOUR!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT
