Utilizing life stance has been the easiest process. I had no prior knowledge of how to maneuver seeking a counselor but this process has been easy and enjoyable.

This place is a conglomerate. I had to wait 2 months for my first appointment after they canceled on me once. I have never seen my doctor's face, only his forehead. I told him at my last session that the medicine was making me feeling very depressed and suicidal. He increased it and I heard a voice telling me to kill myself. I still haven't seen my doctor and I and my therapist have tried to get ahold of a doctor there. It has been almost a week now and I still haven't been seen by a doctor. UPDATE: the company reached out to me out of concern, but with a fake account. They are not interested in fixing their systemic issues, but only keeping a good reputation. Do not use this place for help as they only want the insurance money.

When I first came to this clinic two years ago, I was impressed. The staff seemed nice and the doctors seemed like they actually cared about you. I'm not sure if new management took over or new employees in general, but it seems like providers are dropping like flies. I got switched between 3 different providers in a year time frame. If you have a simple question or medication request, they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Except for a couple customer service reps that I've interacted with, the rest seem rude, insensitive, and not good fits for assisting those with mental health needs. To top it all off, I was not told I owed anything since it was still going through my insurance. Suddenly, Lifestance decides to take out 1500 from my bank account without a written consent to do so. I had no authorization on file or was I given any notice that a payment was going to be made. That was a lot of fun. I thought the goal was to help the patient not stress them out to the max. Thankfully, I am switching mental health groups. Please don't come here if you have a mental health issue.
