I like this location but the reason I’m giving three stars is because it is inconsistent. I mainly order pickup before I go to work or if I want some caffeine during the weekend. It’s a total hit or miss.. i customize my orders adding an extra shot or caramel drizzle (nothing extravagant) but 50% of the time they do not put the extra shots or they put way too much caramel (or not at all). The other 50% it’s correct. I guess it depends who is working, like I said, hit or miss with mobile orders. I can’t speak much about ordering in person. Also, I find a few staff members unpleasant or they seem like they’re in a grumpy mood.

Such welcoming and friendly staff. I was only there for 5 minutes, but immediately felt the warmth of the three employees working. They even called me by name and helped me understand the reward system. So kind. Above and beyond service.
