I truly believe that, at least the Maywood location is absolutely atrocious! If this is supposed to be the "main office " and be an example for their other offices! They should not be a non profit! My civil rights were completely violated by a so called case manager! She illegally took it upon herself to decide that she has the authority to go in my apartment that I shared with a roommate for 7 months take my belongings put them outside and lock me out! Without any notice whatsoever! Without even the landlord knowing or being there! I reported it to her boss immediately and got nowhere! They work at the main office and their entire purpose is helping the homeless and I cannot get anyone who works there to help me file complaints!

Awesome staff π they are very helpful I would've given five more stars if the option were available honestly the only thing about this place it doesn't service the city but if you are in the western suburbs and in need of any help I mean any legal advice rental assistance , clothes, food ,etc definitely give them a try I can almost guarantee great service and the most friendly environment you could think of Thanks again ladies

Walk in to the facility. If youre homeless i would bring in id for everyone if you have it. If not i would bring in id for everyone, your lease, and any eviction paperwork you have. Ask for any help they can give. These people are wonderful. I wouldnt be where i am today without them. They were our guardian angels and saviors
That's a good question for the homelessness prevention program. It sounds like you're looking for Permanent Supported housing, which they definitely do. I've even worked with them to find possible PSH solutions for assisted living facilities. It's definitely worth the call.
Have you found anything?
How soon can I come in to be seen for an assessment
