Oh my! Went here to get subs and tried to order 5. Was told that was too many. Ordered 3 and then our 2nd person ordered 2 more. Was told it’s not Subway. Wow! Customer service was sorely lacking! Will NOT go back!

I have been there more than once for sandwich, I know well about cheese and the kid that was doing my sandwich was not having a good and make it with another cheese and fast because was the end of the day and I saw part of chicken tenders flying everywhere. I was disappointing that why I avoided going to this Publix. Unfortunately I haven’t been lucky there. And that one is the closest to me. But the other two in town is worth a farther drive.

The handicapped parking is excellent right in front of the store. The electric scooters however are on the other side once you enter the store. Not a good idea. I feel there should have been more options available in the meat dept which was my purpose for coming to the store. There was only 2 shrimp tryas to chose from. Three ribeye steaks to choose from. Two T-bone steaks to choose from. I don't know if I was late since it was Sunday afternoon or if this is always the way it is. But the store was clean and not busy at all. Although there was a line the cashier was fast. I only waited about 3 mins.

I've literally never ordered a Publix sub here and had it ready on time. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes longer than the pick-up time, every time. In other words, don't order expecting to have it ready on your lunch break. The staff is very friendly and polite, but there's a real problem with the turnaround time.
