Anyone who works in a court has a tough job. The people in this court as well as many others i have had to visit as a property manager have been very good to work with. Many times they are asked to do things they are not permitted to do. They have limits, even if their heart wants to offer you some sort of opinion or advice. So they must keep it strictly business. Unprofessional, judge mental, power tripping employees. No such thing as justice anymore only conviction rates and money.

0/5 really. Extremely extremely unprofessional. The judge Jeffery was on a power high and said some very inappropriate things to a teenage girl and a few people in the front office made rude comments on things that were absolutely none of their business. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

On weekends there is a different courthouse that is open in chester county for on call issues
Get the name and address of the association. Go to your local District Court to fill out the forms. There are filing fees. The local District Court will answer your questions.
