If you care at all about your loved ones, you WILL NOT let them stay here. The quality of care here is terrible. Not to mention the building itself is almost condemned. They have signs posted everywhere for fire concerns. This place needs to be closed down.

Generally trying to get a towel or water refill is mixed to difficult. Now Friday evening and can get no one on my floor or even the operator for the GROVE. For $8,000/no pitiful service.

Family member is here currently. She will call me to ask that I call nurse's station to get her meds, or change her or get her ice, etc. as they will not respond to her. I have tried calling 4 times tonight and after 3 rings the line goes dead. This is place of last resort and preferably for someone in coma so they do not know how had it is.

We have a loved one that's staying here. Building isn't as nice as it looks in the picture but you can look past that if you get proper care. However we came to visit at 12PM and our person still had uneaten breakfast in front of them. Someone gifted them flowers and they're just there, dead. Dirty behind the bed. Some of the staff I talked to is very nice but someone somewhere is slacking.
