I dropped off a lab coat, asked for them to make it more fitted and take in the shoulders. When I picked up the coat, it was a bit more fitted, but not as fitted as I wanted, and the shoulders didn't look right to my eyes - seemed too big. The tailor's response was: "No, that's correct. Don't tell me how to do my business, I'm a tailor." So I said, okay,I understand that, but if I'm not happy with how it looks.... He interrupted me to say, "You're a doctor, right? I wouldn't tell you how to be a doctor. I'm a tailor. This is right. It fits you correctly." I paid for my coat, but I won't be coming back. The gentleman shouldn't speak to customers like that. Now I have to find a new tailor to fix this coat. I also didn't like having to wait to pay after all this, but I suppose they're busy.
