Yep...so I have purchased hats from this store for years. Several weeks ago I spoke with a sales gal. I asked her to call me to let me know if a certain hat size and color arrived on their Thursday delivery truck. Never called back, and no response to voice mail. That's not Texas. voice mail.

I needed to order a custom American Hat and Best went out of their way to help me. They even followed up when the hat arrive to let me know it was coming. I this is how they treat strangers that have never done business with them, I can only image how great they handle regular customers, hahaha. These guys are tops in my book!

I have bought hats here throughout the years. It was pretty much always a straw hat, it was a go to place, back before the internet days you could go here and find open crown hats. I recently purchased a chocolate brown felt hat from here, the 1st American felt hat I have owned. I was very happy with the shape the gentleman put on the crown, there is nothing better than a custom shaped hat, in my opinion, different shapes for personality and character. I truly am very pleased with the hat and it will last the rest of my life. All of the gentleman were well mannered and attentive to all customer's needs. I have read some negative reviews about the service here, please treat people that serve the public well, I assure you, it is not always love and songbirds that they deal with. Overall great selection of hats, don't be "tight" with your money, get something good, and enjoy!
