Yes their appointment times are very flexible. I have called to request a change of my scheduled appointment times or days and they made it so easy for me. The changes were effected without any arguments. Though I live in Manassas, I have no desire to change my dentist from Sterling because of such flexibilities and the way I'm treated by all the staff.
