I was at my wits end. I had already been to 5 stores and only saw Men's Warehouse on my way to the Parks Mall. I walked in and was greeted at the door by a young man named Trey. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I needed some slacks for my son. He showed me a couple of pairs but they were straight leg and I said I think I would like to see something else. He asked the occasion and I told him my son was to be a pallbearer at his grandma's funeral. He showed me another pair which I liked. He met me at the register and offered his condolences for my loss and if I needed to return them or exchange them just ask for him. He was kind, considerate, informative and patient. I will definitely be back.

After having a bad experience at the cedar hill location, my fiancé and I didn’t want to completely give up on mens warehouse and decided to try this location instead. A woman in the rental section fitted him and everything was good! She told us we were welcome to come try it on a week or two before the wedding but that I guess since we were renting it, we could only pick it up four or so days before which made sense. Two weeks out, I called ahead to see if his suit was ready before we just drove up there, due to a long drive, and gave all our info over the phone and the man speaking told me he couldn’t find my fiancé anywhere in the system. The man on the phone says “it could just be he’s not showing up right now” like.. he will suddenly show up a couple days before or? We drove up there two days later to speak face to face and figure out what the issue was. A man in the front greeted us right as we walked in and asked for my fiancés name and phone number and found him in the system immediately and informed us that it would not even ARRIVE until three days before the wedding, therefore the woman that originally fitted and ordered it for us was misinformed and gave us false information.we were obviously annoyed and nervous because we couldn’t even see the fitted suit until a couple days before our wedding. I have never left a bad review on Google before but this last part warrants it. As if this experience couldn’t give us any worse, they fat shamed my fiancés best man. He went a separate time than us or else I would’ve lost it right then and there. Supposedly they told him they don’t make vests in his size. So they can fit anyone as long as you’re not “too big?” Shame on this store.

Put 5 stars for Kelsy, the lady was so freidly with great xustomer service skill I went to buy onky a shirt and because of here got 2 jeans with extra shirt she did that before it is the second expericne with her, she should get very good riase and all the staff. Thank you so much for men's warehouse staff and speacilly Kelsy!
