Placed an order over Uber eats for an xl 2 topping pizza and I put both toppings to be Canadian bacon accidentally, but meant to put pineapple and Canadian bacon, so I called the store to see if they could change that, and right off the bat, Eric, the assistant manager, had an attitude. I explained what happened and at first he acted like he had no idea what order I was even talking about, and then tried to tell me I didn’t order what I told him I ordered and they couldn’t swap out the toppings because it would “change the price” on Uber eats, even though I confirmed with him the toppings were the same price, and when my boyfriend tried to explain the situation better and let him know he was misunderstanding me, Eric immediately cut him off and very harshly said “no you’re not understand ME”. Knowing the conversation was going to go nowhere at that point with Eric’s attitude, I just hung up. I know it was very close to closing time (didn’t realize that at time of ordering, but they confirmed the order before I called), but it’s not a good business decision to have someone answer the phone who’s going to have an attitude about doing their job, especially as an assistant manager.

This was my first time coming here and overall it was a great experience. I was greeted by the most friendly and polite host. I am big on customer service and based off that plus the food and atmosphere this is the best pizza joint in the area! Very clean, and has a mom-pop feel. No restroom or dine-in but they are one of the few places that still offer deals/coupons and fair prices post-pandemic/national price increases. If you’re thinking about going here I can tell ya it’s a good option! Thank you MrJims.Pizza! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
