After ordering and receiving the wrong headliner material I reached out to Marc (owner) and asked what my options were. He generously offered to send the correct material out the next day. After 4 weeks and 3 emails with no response he finally replied saying the new material was on its way. I just received 3 cans of adhesive spray valued at $180 on the packing slip that I payed $70 duty for??? Can’t help but feel like this was done purposely. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Placed order payed the expensive 2 day shipping charge and nothing.. Contacted them a few times and finally got a response and he offered me a refund on shipping, still nothing ever got shipped. Disappointed that I have to follow up multiple times when trying to order something. Needless to say I would NOT order anything from here.

I ordered Suede headliner about a month ago, I was replacing the headliner on a client's car & I'm waiting & have not received it. This makes me look bad in the eyes of a client. I received a Email that it would be shipped out in a week, I called multiple times, left multiple messages, & Emails for Marcus & still no response. I spent 300 plus dollars for a product I did not receive or have I received a Email or call concerning my order. They won't get me, I'm contacting the Attorney General.
