I called the Staples store on Powers and spoke with an employee, explaining that I had a flyer I wanted printed. She provided the email address to use, and I forwarded the artwork. She said it would done the following day, and I also received a confirmation email. However, 4 days later, when I visited the store to pick up the documents, they did not have them ready. The print counter person gave me a ridiculous spiel about how print jobs sent by email, as opposed to through their website, are "not guaranteed", and said that they get to such jobs "whenever they feel like it". Shocked at having my time so callously wasted, I spoke with the equally worthless store manager, who gave the same answer. Talk about horrendous customer service! I will never set foot in another sorry Staples as long as I live.

Anytime I visit the store on Powers, I am disappointed. Today. September 13th, I wanted to buy a monitor. A lady in front told me to wait for help. I was very patient and waited for 25 minutes. Nobody showed up. I came to that lady again and reminded about myself. "Oh, nobody showed up there?" - she asked. "Sorry we do not have enough employees today. Just wait for 5 minutes there and a gentleman from Custom service will show up" - she said. Again, I waited for 20 minutes, nobody showed up. I came to her, but she was very rude: "I told you, we are short of help today." I told her politely how unhappy I was. Her friend who was standing and talking to her yelled at me that I was not patient. I left this business, and promised myself never come back.

I had some invites printed here that I uploaded on their website recently. When I picked up the cashier in printing dept was very condescending, rude, and short with me. She proceeded to give me my items for free. I'm not sure why?? I wasn't looking for freebies nor did I ask. I gladly would have paid for them. She left me standing there not sure what to do. I will not be using them again for my needs and will probably share my story with others. I hope they monitor their employees and train them to be more informative and kind in the future.
