Josh responded immediately with a portable AC. He was very thorough and knew exactly what the issue was. The team came back the next day and fixed my AC which runs beautifully! The extreme heat had my AC working double time causing it to be low on coolant. It’s nice to know we have a maintenance person living on the property for quick response times. Thank you Josh and everyone who got my AC back and running!

The property management needs to be replaced. They operate off there feelings. They just enter your apartment without notification and if you address the situation your on their bad side. Lesley talks to you any kind of way, she is very disrespectful and rude. She will find any way to jeopardize you and you family if you don't agree with her way of things. Always ask for documents because the lie.
