The fact I was told it would take 2-3 days for shipping on a part needed asap and now going on to a week they can't tell me when stuff I dropped off for service will be done and seem irritated when dealing with customers if much rather drive further away to get service where they actually care about there customers

I can only comment on the rental department, but these gentlemen were top notch. They fielded my phone call and spent an above average amount of time answering all of my questions and providing great service and suggestions. I stopped in the store at their suggestion and they took even more time to answer my questions and get me squared away all while they were still helping others on the phone. Not often you go to a place where they will go out of their way to help you!
