Awesome customer service! Brandon Martinez sets the bar for exemplary customer service. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Service like Brandon is high level and reinforces why Wells Fargo is doing things right at the top. Friendly helpful staff as well. If I could rate it higher I would. This branch goes above and beyond. Thank you Brandon!!

Have had an account here for 13+ years. In the past six months I’ve gone in twice for assistance, abrasive employees who are restricted by WF policies. Find somewhere else to bank, I am.

I still bank here (not sure why.. guess I don't want to deal with the paperwork), but I will probably move the last of my accounts away from WF in general (not just this location) at some point when I have time some weekend. So 3 stars for not being absolutely horrible. I read another recent review's comments here about having to set up an appointment to get a document notarized when there was only 1 other person in the whole bank. It reminded me of a time I called in (from their parking lot since I wasn't sure they were taking walk-ins due to COVID) and asked if I could come in to sign something in front of witnesses. They said I could set up an appointment. I get that they were about to close, but... I thought that would mean they Aren't Closed Now, as in.. when I am calling from their parking lot. I set the appointment. I went in at exactly the time of the appointment. The person asked me whom I was there to see. I answered. They said she was out to lunch, took a phone call, or was in the bathroom, I don't remember, but that she would be back in a few minutes. I paused for a second, considering just sitting down and waiting, but then as they started to walk away I called after them, and said something to the effect of, "I'm just here to sign this in front of 2 witnesses, if there's anyone else here who could do that" The guy looked up across the room to see if another banker was there - as I assume he didn't want to take a teller away from their station (fair enough) and said, "yeah, let me go grab someone" he came back in less than a minute, I signed, they signed that they saw me sign, and I thanked them and walked out. As I did, I passed the person I had an appointment to meet. It's not like they were super late, it had only been about 2 minutes since I showed up, but... that's my point. The thing I wanted to do took 2 minutes. It was 3 signatures on a single page. It never needed a 30 minute blocked out appointment with Anyone. That's not to mention the fees they charge and all of the other corporate shenanigans that they have pulled / are already getting in trouble for. That's not something specific to this branch, so I am not trying to say, "this WF branch is bad, go to a different one" I am trying to say, "banking at WF isn't the best, consider your options; I know I have" I once got a $35 overdraft fee, twice ($70) because of something like $20 of charges (across 2 charges). Did I agree to pay this when I opened the account; definitely. Is it still ridiculous that I give them my money to hold onto all year, every year, and they get to make money on the interest without paying me more than .01% and then charge me $70 the One time I forget to transfer money into the account, which I resolved within 24 hours so it's not like there was any actual damage to them for fronting me $20... Yeah.. That's still ridiculous. Charge me 100% APR and I would be happy. Charge me 100% interest per MONTH compounding continually for all I care. I had a credit card with you guys.. just put it on that and charge the fees to cash advance me lol.. Just.. $70. No.. Don't do that [and expect me to be happy with your "service"]. Yes, I agreed to it, so it's not like I am saying they did something wrong (incorrect), I am just saying they are doing something wrong (morally). This was during the pandemic, if I didn't mention that before. Maybe as a peasant small business I just made the wrong choice and WF is only for the big boys, I don't really know. Update: May 2021 - As a bit of an update for anyone who cares to read this far into some rando's experience with a bank: I have closed the last of my accounts with WF and am glad to not have to deal with this branch or any other WF branches, and especially their phone customer "support" ever again.
