I took my car to them about a month ago and was told they could not rebuild my transmission, but was instead recommended to buy a new transmission. On top of that they left my car unlocked outside the gate for God knows how many days. I was very dissatisfied. They seemed to not care at all, yet hide behind the We Are Family slogan. Took my car elsewhere where they did in fact rebuilt my transmission for almost less than half the price they quoted, where work was guaranteed and car was very well taken care of while in their car. Met the mechanic who was not pushy at all, but very nice and concerned to meet our needs. Please don't take your car here. Go elsewhere and put your vehicle in the hands of someone who really cares. Very very disappointed. Won't ever go back again.

I do not recommend. Took car for evaluation with crank, no start issue. Told me it had no compression and needed a motor at $8K-9K. Took to another mechanic and they did head replacement and turbo repair at $2600. Runs like new. Would not recommend

Expect not to get too get your car back anytime soon. What should be a week long job will take them a month if not longer if they even get to it. I had them put in a wiring harness and when I got it back my fans didn't work. When I explained what the issue was they told me it would be an extra service fee.
