Love my Starbucks family. They wake me up in the morning. They all know my name.

This Starbucks has made a dramatic turn around. Almost all the staff are new to this location. They are very friendly. We are always greeted and they are very attentive. The volume of customers is great. They manage the traffic well. I am considered a "regular" and I appreciate the family atmosphere. They do not ignore unfamiliar guests as is the case in many other Starbucks. In my opinion this Starbucks location is the best in the Tri-Cities. The products are consistently excellent. Management is very professional and personable. Harmony is very engaged and keeps everything running like a Swiss Clock. If anything might improve I might suggest that the business enterprises that take over large areas of the store be somehow reminded that most customers come for peace and quiet. At this moment a woman is selling art work and has taken over five chairs at the center table for one customer. Businesses often take over much of the seating area and spend hours selling something or other. Most are quiet. This lady is not. Civility and courtesy are always appreciated.

Although Starbucks is a chain they are not all the same. This shop mafe the best latte and breakfast sandwich I have had in over a year. Thus was my first visit to this shop. I will visit anytime I am in that area.

Customer service is really good and they put a lot of whip cream on the drink but honestly this place probably has the most bitter iced white mocha. Just throwing that out there. Baristas should be retrained.
