We've done 4 sessions so far and I've seen a huge improvement! My daughter is excited to go to swim class every week. I'm glad she is being taught survival skills too. Update on 2/9/22: We still go to this swim school and my daughter is becoming quite the little mermaid! The staff is great and I love that she's getting some excercise in. I see us continuing to come here for a while. I love that I can squeeze these swim sessions in after work. Since the sessions are 30 min it's easy for me to commit to once a week. I have a 6pm swim time so we have plenty of time to get there and sometimes I can squeeze in a quick dinner before hand. With our busy schedules it's so important that adding an activity fits in with our life and with later swim times EVO makes that possible. Update 4/12/22: Google asked for an update. We still go here and love coach Addy! 6/14/22 : Google asked for an update. We still take our 5 year old here and we are starting our 2 year old next week! 8/24/22: Google asked for an update again! So our 2 year old is doing great. There were tears the first couple times but she's gotten used to her very sweet teacher and is doing great. If I ask if she wants to go to swim class, she excitedly says yes!

Tyler and Jessie do an excellent job running this location. My son is excited to greet them every day when we arrive. We swim twice a week here and it is worth every penny we pay. We have had excellent experiences with both Ms. Mercedes, and Ms. Liliana. Patrick- who makes all of it happen, is truly amazing. He makes each child feel welcome and excited to swim. Coming to Evo Swim School (specifically this location) is one of the best decisions that I have ever made as a mom.

There are some huge RED FLAGS that my husband and I have seen through more than a year of us being there. The most concerning one is that we have seen two different swim instructors PUSH HEADS OF SCREAMING CHILDREN INTO THE WATER. These children were completely distraught and red faced screaming. These children were in no condition to be shoved into the water. The second time it happened the manager, Tyler, was just sitting there and passively watched as it happened. The swim instructor PUSHED THE CHILD'S HEAD UNDERWATER TWICE and then grabbed the child's legs AGGRESIVELY to pull her back into the pool. I brought this concern to Tyler and all he said was "it's the parents decision on how the instructor handles the child and pushes them through a barrier." It didn't seem that he even cared that the child could be taking in water and was pretty DISSMIVE OF MY SAFETY CONCERN. It's one thing to coach a child through a barrier and another to be completely unaware of a child's safety. The other concern is that there is MINIMAL SUPERVISION OF THE SWIM INSTRUCTORS by the managers. Our son was with one instructor for about 11 months and made little progress. I asked the instructor many times what we can do to help him. She would give us tips but said she thinks it's just his age (18 months to almost 2 1/2 years old). It wasn't until I saw our son was with a substitute swim instructor that actually addressed the problems that I realized it wasn't his age but the instructor wasn't doing a good job and just going through the motions. I also brought this concern to the assistant manager who kind of just played it off but did switch us to a different swim instructor, which ended up being the swim instructor that pushes children's heads into the water. Thankfully my child was never pushed underwater and we were able to get him out before it happened. We will not be going back to this school.

Yes they do.

What is the cost for a 5 year old?

$99 a month for beginners. No minimum amount of months. Just as long as you want to go.

Do you have adult classes. Classes to learn different types of strokes.. Life saving techniques.. Etc. I can swim like a fish but only know regular front stroke swimming. I would like to learn other swimming techniques.

Lydia, my children attend Evo. It appears to be childrens' classes only. They do have a swim team but that is for older kids/teens.
