After waiting 3 hours to see a doctor I saw in the very nice doctor when I got to the CVS to pick up my prescription only half of it was there when I called the urgent Care to ask them to resend it the doctor on duty at that point wouldn't resend it because he didn't treat me so I had to go to the next day for another appointment to get my prescription reordered so inconvenient when you're already not feeling well

I needed to bring my son to get checked. I went online to use the "get in line" tool. I was there on time. My wait time kept moving up from 3 minutes up to 45 minutes. No communication or updates from the receptionist. Then the only receptionist went on lunch which brought up our wait time up to an additional hour. Then she asked for 200 hundred dollars from me? When we have medi-cal no secondary insurance. She stated she needed the money before he can be seen. I called before we went and they accepted his insurance. This place can do a better job
