Paddles Up is fun and delicious no matter which of their stores you visit. Beautiful, fresh ingredients, lots of fun signature bowls, and also plenty of options to choose from for a build-your-own bowl.

Food tastes fresh, friendly fast service, restaurant is clean. Been here several times and the food and service have been consistently good. If you're new to poke the options can be overwhelming. On my first visit I asked an employee for a recommendation for a newbie and it was great. Since then I've tried most of the menu items and I've figured out what works for me and what doesn't. The downtown Nampa location is our most frequented but I can also recommend the downtown Boise location too. Outdoor seating provides good people watching.

Not only does Paddles Up offer great food, but they have a rewards program (buy ten get one free), other promotional offers throughout the year, and $1 beer on Saturdays? Sundays? Anyways, I'm not sure, but they're the best restaurant in Boise.
They just added cooked chicken to the menu though, and they did have clam chowder!
