I would not rent here again been here 2 months cable goes out when it Rains cannot connect to wifi and they don't enforce leash law tenants let thier dogs out mainly a pitbull that just gets let put by its owner I've reported it but still let's it out I would not let anyone I know rent here

If you're headed north up hwy 65 towards Branson this is a great place to stop. It's right on the highway with easy on/off. Rates are very affordable and the park is very clean and well maintained. Only negative is no bathrooms. This is our third time to stay and will definitely be back.

Better to talk to them about the extended stay rates. I believe the nightly rate for a back in spot is $30 but u it's all inclusive.
