The owner is shady! They say no reserves but most of the cars have reserves as well as the silver and some of the guns. They lie when they say that there are no reserves. The owner also bids stuff up to make a bigger profit and it’s on everything. He sits in his office on closing day bidding everything he can up. He is a weasel and a liar.

My compliments and thanks to the ladies working in the office, particularly Bella, who was very helpful to me. In my case, I had made a purchase that later turned out to be counterfeit merchandise. The temptation was surely there to just hold up their hands and cite their 'caveat emptor' policy, but after some time and discussion with their leadership, they made things right with me. Given the sheer volume of items they must process, not to mention what I'm sure are a large number of difficulties with both buyers and sellers, it speaks very well for their integrity for them to do this. As far as the business in general goes, while the Internet is convenient, I would heartily recommend any perspective buyers inspect any items in person before bidding. If it's a type of item that you yourself cannot personally verify for authenticity, either retain the services of an expert to do so for you, or demur on bidding. This will save hassle and heartache for both you and them!

Showed up to drop some stuff off for consignment today and the girls inside all look at each other and then say "we might not take it all we are limiting consignments right now pull up to door and someone will be out to look at it" Ok I get that you have a bunch to auction already I can live with that. I sit outside this drop off door for 30 minutes and not a soul came out to even look at it. This was not good customer service! I understand if you are not taking stuff put it on your website and save me the trip but at least have someone come out to look at the stuff when you tell me that is what is going to happen.
