You believe what you want to, I was not 10 feet away from the cook there was only one other table of customers in the place,we asked the waiter for sauce for the meal I ordered and when the waiter asked for the sauce,the cook vary loudly said " what pigs" as he poured the sauce. Not a way to play if you ask me,he meant what he saidand wasn't playing with the waiter. We won't be back...

If you can print that email and prove that it was recently sent to you and it has not expired, I would think that the Manager, in good faith, would honor it. If it is a perk that the franchise no longer offers, that Manager should be on the phone as soon as possible talking to Corporate to get those messages discontinued asap.
