Went today and simply walked in w no appointment. They now have a very helpful concierge at the door and they gave me any paperwork I needed. They redid the entire building and it is much better flow and the ticketing system is improved. The process of getting my titles updated took about 15 min total and the lady helping me was extremely nice and knew what she was doing w all my paperwork. This was the best experience I ever had at the NYS DMV……I am serious. Thanks.

I had a much better experience than I was expecting! I made a 7:30am reservation online and showed up 15 minutes early as asked. I was on a line behind a couple of people waiting outside. We were called in, and I was given my number fast. I didn't even have time to sit down, my number was called so quickly! I was done within 5 minutes and walked out surprised at how easy that was. I'll definitely be coming back here again

Terrible service！！！waiting over one hour even I made reservation. Terrible process, website and mail did told me which document I need, they just sent me home and back to waiting another hour again. No voice call for reservation Nomber, so Lots of people missing their Nomber. Too many persons in the holl, senior couldn't find a site.

I wish I had known I need to make a reservation before I got there but it only took a couple minutes on the phone to make one. I was in and out in 6 minutes! Absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was wonderful, except for the security guard, he was an a**! He was rude to everyone walking through the door. I'll definitely go back in the future.
