I would recommend contacting the Idaho Fish and Game. There are special rules for handling wildlife and I am not familiar with their care. I do know that they are like all injured animals and can be very aggressive when scared or in pain so be very cautious. They also frequently have external parasites like fleas which can some times care very dangerous diseases so do not take it inside your house. I hope that helps. Dr Maendl
