Jaylen is always so friendly and hardworking. He gets my smoothie correct every time! He provides exceptional service by giving a prompt greeting and by blending the smoothies perfectly. The GM should allow him to train her on blending the smoothies.On my last visit she gave me a smoothie with chucks of protein powder not blended properly. She needs improvement.This is why I scored 4 instead of 5. Jaylen, thank you for always doing a great job!

The employees are extremely nice at this location so it really does pain me to give this review. The smoothies simply aren’t made that well at this location for whatever reason, so much so that I’ve actually fully transitioned back to Tropical Smoothie instead. The last two smoothies that I’ve ordered ended up in the trash. One had an off-putting ratio of more whey than fruit while the other had more gritty seeds than anything. Definitely not the Smoothie King that I grew up. I’m afraid I’ve officially fell out of love with Smoothie King.
