I have lived at Farmstead since December and while the original leasing agent (Megan) I dealt with isn't there any longer; she was responsive, prompt and kind. Instead of being charged a $500 deposit, I was charged $5,000. It wasn't because I had bad credit, but because my 19 year old daughter had to be on the lease as a legal adult and had zero credit. That is the first issue. Additionally, the rapid turnover in their office has caused them to either not return calls or not answer them at all for weeks at a time. I never ever pay late, and pay a large sum for no response? Don't rent here! The tenant's are nice, but management is severely lacking.

Some of our units have attached garages. Others have reserved carports. We also have off-street parking for our units without a garage or carport.
