SOOOO DELISH!! Was there for Saturday lunch!! DEF RECOMMEND the paella!! AMAZZZZZING!! So was tuna tartare and mango flan for desert!!! SOOOO GOOD!!!

Definitely book a table in advance. I assume this place will start to get busy as it becomes more well known. There is an a la carte menu and a prix fixe menu. Drinks were exceptional. Food was excellent (honestly, it almost made me cry in my first bite) and on par with the restaurants in the city. Decor and cutlery were both clean and beautiful. Service was extremely attentive and caring. It’s wonderful to have such a restaurant at this caliber in Long Island.

Starting with the little plate of Jamon and Spanish Olives was a cute touch and a great start to the meal. We had an EXCELLENT champagne and all the food was wonderful. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time. We never felt rushed during the meal. The food was a bit overpriced in my opinion but I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a fresh American take on French/Spanish cuisine on Long Island.

Been meaning to try Hunter in East Norwich for some time now, ended up going for our anniversary last night and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was amazing, the food was phenomenal and drinks were awesome. Can't wait to go back!
