If anyone can help me to give them no star ?? They never want to answer the phone.I’m from Arizona and I bought a car from here one month ago and I don’t receive the title yet , I called them over 10 times and I left the voicemail 4 times and no one’s answered my call or call me back . If they’re not going to answer phone calls then why work there. You don’t like your job and don’t respect the customer and give them a good service get another job or stay home. That’s the worst place .

Really bad experience from Fresno ca IAIA office,specifically lady works front desk Jessie s,she’s very rude,she don’t knw how to talk with costumers. Got online 2004 Toyota Corolla Run & Drive,unfortunately After towing to Sacramento car engine was broken,Just to let u knw guys never buy cars from Fresno specifically when u see this lady Jessie…… very rude

HORRIBLE place if you want to sell your car. i used junkmycar to try and get rid of my subaru, and everything was set up for my car to be picked up yesterday between 8am-12pm. NO ONE EVER CAME. no one called me, no one answered the phone, even the vehicle processing solutions company couldn’t get a hold of anyone. i’ve called them and waited on hold, even left 2 messages, no one has gotten back to me. i ended up cancelling my offer just now. terrible (nonexistent) communication and a huge waste of time. will never recommend this place to anyone. extremely displeased with the service, or lack there of.
