Would give zero or negative stars if i could. The are refusing to patch a tire 30 mins before they close even though they said they would When i called. They said as lo g as i got there 30mins before they closed no later. Now im scrambling trying to find a shop.

I wont go back, left oil on my hood and then I told one of the advisors that they left oily hand prints on my car and he had the odacity to say “well the rest of the car is dirty”. How disrespectful, I can’t beleive the level of disrespect I got here, really poor communication between me and the advisors and I got an oil change and they didn’t even reset my service interval. Horrible service, horrible work, won’t ever go back.

If you want to be rip off. This is the place to come. They will lie to your face with a big smile. I took my truck due I had one of my new tires to be fixed because a small nail and my tire warning light came on. They told me the tire can not be fixed it that I needed to buy a new tire. Lies, Lies. They assured me, they will check all my tires to the proper air pressure and reset the warning light if a buy the new tire. I accepted. When I told them that the warning light still on, “I was told with a big smile to drive it for a while and the warning light will turn off. Warning light never turn off, Big lie sensor will work immediately.I came back a day after, so they could finish they job. They told me they were over book to come back another day. I went a total different shop, New shop got on it right away and they checked the tires, they found out Big O did not have the proper air pressure, the new shop have all my tires with proper air pressure and reset warning light in less than 5 minutes. Be careful of this place.

Upsides outweigh the downsides...Uspsides: Great service, terrific customer service and abundantly fair pricing. I definitely recommend! Downsides: Best to leave your vehicle if you're having extended services. Don't wash your car before visit, I had to do a little exterior clean up when I got home (granted with a completely and professionally repaired car). I'll definitely go back and absolutely intend this to be a positive review but wouldn't be completely honest if I didn't include the extensive time in the (comfortable) customer lounge and need to do a little post-visit exterior cleaning.
