Adam/Adan was especially helpful today. He handled a bunch of last minute people very professionally and when I begged him not to wash the car because I had to pick up my kids from dance class, he agreed but really quickly sanitized the car for me. Enterprise needs to give the poor guy some extra help at the end of the day when last minute people show up. And their website let me register a car that they didn't have available, which was weird, but Adam/Adam called me and was super helpful in letting me know my options and gave me a better car for the same price I registered for. Really nice guy.

This time everything went well. The clerk was courteous and efficient even though their tablet system was down. The car was there and we got in and out pretty fast.
