probably the worst utility service i have used, they never answer their customer service lines, hours are inconvenient and until recently i couldn’t even pay online. you have to drive downtown to the building to actually do anything. no online service and no service in general.

I called to stop service at my current address and transfer it to my new one. After waiting for a while with no calls ahead of me( per the voicemail) the lady told me to go online and do it myself. Someone didn’t feel like doing her job today guess.
