No it's not legal to have a mobile home , travel trailer or any trailer that's loaded on the street for an extended amount of time . You can not stay in a trailer parked on the street either , those are DOT laws if CPD doesn't want to handle it call CHP , and that is exactly how not to tell on someone pops🙄😐
