My Samsung s20 FE broke few days ago . I could not find any place in ventura who Can fix it . I do not recommend this place at all. They messed up my step-daughters cell phone even more instead of repairing it. We went in to replace the back of the phone that was shattered. Turns out their laser machine/tools cut through the camera lenses because they placed the phone upside down. We had to take it to another place and paid not only for the screen to get fixed but now the camera as well. We paid over $200 when it should’ve been way less for the initial repair. Never going back and never recommending them.

These guys are honest and professional. I'd go back there in a heartbeat. The tech i spoke to was very good at explaining, did not pretend to know everything and was fair and kind. Also their repair pricing is reasonable.
