I'm giving one star only because it's required to get my review posted. Steer clear of this place folks. We purchased our Fantasy Spa from them just over 5 years ago. It started developing cracks 4 years after we received it. I called the store and some numbskull said someone would call us back. I tried again in a few weeks got the message machine. A few months later it started leaking and I called the store and told them what was happening. They said someone would call us back. A month later I called and they told me your spa just passed warranty and there was nothing we could and I would have to call the factory.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! When we walked in, the sales guy, sitting in a chair lower than the reception desk, never even got up! We asked a series of questions, still never getting up, he offered limited if any answers to our questions, and offered no product information. The showroom looked sad, with 2 spas as samples. The guy told us nothing about the models, and sat and drank his coffee. If I were the owner of this showroom, I would suggest firing this guy ASAP and I wanted you to know based on this experience, I wont be buying a HotSpring Spa!

Maybe they were good before? Not now, unknowledgeable staff. Didn't understand Hot Tub basics let alone normal electrical questions. Told me 3 weeks delivery when they actually had no idea but knew it would be months at best. Go elsewhere. I built a new specifically sized cement pad for a tub that was never coming.
