I bought it dining table with the four chair but when they deliver it to me one chair is missing to get missing chair they told me they’re gonna deliver it to me next day But still now I don’t received I can’t return because they don’t refund your money or you cannot return any item you buying from Ashley furniture I recommend everyone don’t buy from this store unless if you wanna throw it away your money trust me what they show you on story and what they ship it to you as a completely different it is not the same as you see in the store if you don’t believe me go ahead try it I learned from my mistake I never ever buy from this store again I’m going to report for collection center to receive my money because I don’t received all what I ordered I wish if I have a zero star this is a like a dealer company when you talk to them you cannot buy anything in the store they also don’t tell you about the refund or not refund please be careful when you buy from this store the only thing I’m writing this paragraph I need anyone to learn from my mistake by annoying this company you never ever got your money back or you cannot return if the item is missing don’t receive it if you receive it you never ever get the missing item

Store manager has never fixes the issue with the purchase my parents made. We've made several attempts. We've been in the store and I've sent several emails to store manager, Cory Cunningham. When we went into the store he told us that the correct bed would be delivered the following week. It never happened. He responded to a couple of emails But now it's been a few months and he won't respond. I WOULD NEVER GOBACK AND DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP THERE ITS RIDICULOUS!! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY NON ENGLIGH SPEAKING PARENTS. I'm still trying to fix this for my parents.

I would go to store you bought it from & talk to the manager & also check out Yelp reviews for this store & see how others got the same issue resolved..
I tried calling myself and couldn't get through as well. I ended up just going to the store.

I used to work at an Ashley's a long time ago. They're all individually owned by a separate private owner. Corporate don't really dictate how they run their store. You're best chance is to get in touch with the store's owner and launch a complaint.
